My 'feeling crappy' pamper night routine

If there's anyone that loves baths, it's me, and as I'm feeling a tad crappy I decided what's better than a good old pamper and writing a blog post!
Enjoy...

First I removed my contact lenses and ALL of my make-up with the No7 Eye makeup remover and the No7 Beautiful skin cleansing lotion. Once every scrape including eyebrows were off, I just cleaned my skin with the Refreshing cleansing mousse by Nivea. These products are kind to my skin and don't make it red and irritating like others!
After this I decided to run a lovely long
hot bubbly bath, as per usual. I had a delve into my LUSH box and picked a combination of the Orange bubble bar, the blue skies and fluffy white clouds bubble bar and the magic wand bubble bar, which I used a small amount of each along with my usual Field of dreams bubble bath from Imperial Leather which goes well with almost any bath bomb or bubble bar I've used.

Whilst waiting for my bath to run, I'll pop on some feel good tunes, unless I want to listen to some calming, relaxing music, then I'd put on my night playlist on spotify which helps me to chill right out!

During my bath, if I'm having a proper pamper I'll exfoliate and get my skin feeling soft and female again! For this I use Sugar crush Body wash and Sugar crush body scrub along with a exfoliating mitt from soap and glory, they often have 3 for 2 offers in boots so these matched with the Sugar crush body butter would be perfect. Plus they smell like lime which is so refreshing!

After a good soak, I normally sit in a towel and dry off, instead of using body lotion or butter, I actually use Johnsons baby powder (weird I know) but it's actually a lot nicer feeling of the skin and obviously you're not sitting around feeling sticky and slimy, it makes my skin feel incredibly soft and smell amazing as well as non irritant (also a winner with freshly shaved skin!) The only downside is there's no moisture being put into your skin, like my lotions and butters usually do...

After a long bath, I immediately go to a face mask, the heat from the bath is brilliant for opening pores but I want something to moisture my skin and make it feel a lot fresher. I love the Sephora face masks which are literally masks lathered in soothing product for your face, this one here is the pearl mask for perfecting and brighting! If I don't have that, I'll usually go for a No7 face mask called heavenly hydration which is a lovely moisturising lotion.

I'll keep this on for a while whilst doing other things like paint my nails or do some revision (least preferred)
To paint my nails I love the Essie nail polishes or the old reliable Barry M polishes.
Now I like to chill right out, usually snuggle up in my pyjamas with my cats or my boyfriend, light some lovely smelling candles (Clean Cotton Yankee!) and watch YouTube videos before bed.
If you're ever feeling you need a pick-me-up, definitely follow these tips, use your own favourite products and smells and just treat yourself!
